What We’ll Do

As we head into summer it’s the perfect time to craft your own fermented drinks to quench your thirst.  Fermented drinks are rich in gut-friendly bacteria and can use seasonal gluts and potential waste such as pineapple and banana skins.  What a great way to keep your family hydrated and marvel at the magic of creating drinks full of healthy goodness.

Sam, Tim and I will demonstrate and tell you about some of our favourite fermented drinks that you can create in your own homes.

Learn How to Create

    • Kombucha and Jun
    • Water Kefir (Tibicos)
    • Ginger Beer
    • Kvass
    • Tepache
    • Probiotic Elderflower Fizz
    • Honey-Fermented Cordial

There will be samples to taste and SCOBYs to take home so you’ll feel ready to start making your own fermented drinks at home.
